- Can I have more than one account with you ?
No, you can't have more than one account per user unless you were given a special admin permission to have more.
- What does Carbon7 platform strives to deliver ?

- What is the Minimum / Maximum amount allowed to deposit (fund) ?
We currently have an introductory low deposit minimum amount of $20 and going up to $250,000 which is the maximum allowed for a single slot. Using all 7 slots available for each plan, you can reach above$3,000,000 in active deposits. Currentely there are deposit limitations to the maximum deposit amount. These limitations are in place to allow solid and long term gradual growth which will enable us to reach the 7th month mark and beyond! The limitations are growing weekly and sometimes daily (depanding on platform's inflow).
- How many active investments (slots) am I allowed to have simultaneously ?
Every member is allowed to have up to 7 active slots per plan, running at once. Check out your account page to see the current status of your active or open investment slots.
- What will be my total return after my investment period has ended ?
If you invest in the "7% Daily for 30 Days" plan, your return on investment will be ~154% or a total of 110% for the "110% After 7 Days". Your total return could reach even higher than 154% if you will choose to re-invest your interest earnings from your internal account balance.
- How can Carbon7 platform offer such profitable plans ?

- When is the reinvest (compound) option available ?
This option is available if you have enough "Digital Funds" (Minimum is $20) in your account balance and you didn’t use all of your 7 investment slots for each plan.
- Can I reinvest as many times as I wish to ?
Yes, you can reinvest as many time as you wish (even every minute) but you are limited to have up to 7 active investments (slots) for each plan working at once (14 in total), before your oldest one expired and frees a new slot for further investments.
- What happens if I used up all my slots ?
Active slots only stays occupied for the length of the active investment, so as soon as it expired you can proceed to deposit more. Furthermore, you have 7 slots available for each of the plans we offer, but if you think it doesn't suffice for you, then you are welcome to seek help from our financial advisers.
- Do I get my investment principal back ?
No, your investment principal is absorbed into the investment plan to generate future interest (which in total will be greater than the principle) thus it’s included in the profit. Once the investment period has ended your principal will be expired, not returned.
- How do I fund my account (make my first deposit) ?
To fund your account with us, you must become a registered member at first. Once registered, you can always log into your secure account area using the username and password you have signed up with. You will need to click on 'INVEST' in top menu, there you can choose a payment method and follow the page simple instructions to complete your investment. The transaction is secure, fast and convenient (takes ~1 minute).
- What payment methods do you accept to fund my account ?
We are currently accepting the following eWallets as a payment methods: PerfectMoney, BitCoin, Payeer, . Also, we began accepting Bank Wires directly (for effortless funding of your account). All of those payment methods allowing fast, easy and secure service to make online payments. However, we highly recommend bank wire (International Swift) as more convenient payment method for larger deposits, and you may begin by loading the 'INVEST' page inside your account and choosing "Invest From Your Bank Wire Account" under "CHOOSE A PAYMENT METHODS".
- What if I do not have an electronic wallet (eWallet) account yet ?
Please sign up for your free account at any of the following: PerfectMoney or BitCoin that takes around 5 minutes to signup and can be funded rather fast, within 48 hours you can start investing with us that can also support USA members. All of those electronic wallets accept many quick funding options, such as: credit cards, bank wires, checks, cash via western union or GMT and even other digital payments (like: Webmoney, Skrill, PayPal, BitCoin, etc). Only exception is that some methods take longer time or higher fees than others, like Payza, which requires a bit longer verification process to complete and higher transaction fees.
- When will my deposit be approved and added into my account ?
Usually the "Digital Funds" are instantly credited into your account as active investment slot that is visible inside your private 'ACCOUNT' page, and also shown in 'INVESTMENTS' tab under 'STATISTICS' page. However, if you don't see it there immediately then you need not worry as your investment won’t lose its "time signature", please just give it some time and re-visit your account later on that day before contacting us. If you invest via BitCoin, it may take up to couple of hours to show up, and in case of Bank Wire it can take a couple of days.
- How can I re-invest my account earnings (compound profits) ?
You can reinvest directly from your account balance, simply log into your secure account and click on 'INVEST' in the top menu, there you can choose the source of the investment, click on 'INTERNAL' to open a sub-menu and choose your payment gateway to appear red as SELECTED (you must mark your choice by clicking on it). Afterward you just need to fill in the amount (from the available balance for your chosen payment type) and hit the "CONFIRM INVESTMENT" button to proceed.
- Can I deposit directly with other eWallets (like PayPal) ?
We are always working to add more ewallets, as per our members demand. Currently most our eWallets options are similar to PayPal with live chat support for customers and with lower fees but bigger selection of funding and withdrawals systems for our worldwide members needs. You can find links to each one of our current selection of wallets in the footer below (click on their logos to find out more).
- Do you accept debit or credit cards deposit ?
Yes, you can pretty easily fund your chosen eWallet (digital payment) options, such as BitCoin via Credit or Debit, Master & Visa cards in here, or in Payeer directly via their site in here, and pretty much any other payment method existing today by using PerfectMoney recommended exchangers service, if you wish, you can always contact us for advise on more funding options and other exchangers.
- Are there any fees for direct bank wire ?
Currently there are no fees from our end to receive bank wires, meaning that whatever amount you sent will be reflected on your account with us.
- Do you accept multi-currency deposit ?
Yes, using the digital payments internal exchange. You can load your balance inside the electronic wallet provider with whatever currency you prefer to work with, and then exchange it on their end to send us USD (some eWallets offers to exchange it during the payment action itself).
In case of Bank Wire, we prefer you mark the payment currency as USD before you wire it, but if you lack this option then we would accept your currency and convert it to USD.
- How can I request a withdraw ?
To make a request you need to log into your account and click on 'WITHDRAW' in the top menu, then fill in the necessary info to complete your withdrawal request.
- How can I cancel my pending withdrawal request ?
To cancel a withdrawal request you need to log into your account, click on 'STATISTICS' in the top menu and in the bottom secondary menu choose "WITHDRAWALS STATS", then select the pending request (line) from the table and click on [cancel].
- When can I request to withdraw (minimum withdraw) ?
You can request to withdraw at anytime, once you reach our minimum amount to withdraw of $2.00.
- Can I withdraw my earnings to a new (different) eWallet account ?
No, in order to prevent money laundering you can't change between eWallets. Each eWallet has its own unique balance and your earnings from each deposit will remain within that eWallet specific balance for future withdrawals or internal re-investments.
- How can I update my ewallet payment account information ?
You can change your eWallet payment account information within the 'PROFILE' page. Except for Payza (which you can't edit after entering the first time). To change your Payza or SolidTrustPay account you must first deposit from your new eWallet account/s (or for Payza only, provide screenshot proving it's the same account holder as before with updated email address) and then contact us with the screenshot or transaction batch and we will update it for you.
- When will my withdrawal request be processed ?
Your requests will be paid asap, and within 48 business hours. Please be patient. Business days are: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Working Hours: 8:30AM - 6:00PM.
- What if I forgot my withdraw code ?
In that case you must contact us to help you reset it, please contact us via our support form available here, and include your "Support PIN" for identification.
- Are there any withdrawal fees ?
Currently there is a 7% withdrawal fee, but it is subjected to change in the future by the sole discretion of Carbon7 risk management.
- Where can I monitor my investment progress (interest) ?
Please log into your private account area, and see "INTEREST EARNINGS" under 'STATISTICS' tab. Your account is set to accumulate the entire interest, deposit, withdrawals and others actions history.
- When will I receive the 7% daily interest ?
For our "7% Daily for 30 Days" plan interests will be automatically added into your account balance after exactly 24 hours (if it's not weekend) and every business days forth for 30 calendar days. For our weekly plan "110% After 7 Days" it will be added all at once, after exactly 1 week.
- How frequently are you updating my account activities ?
Your account is updated automatically in real live 24/7 and you can always access your account to keep track of it.
- How can I change my online payment (eWallets) accounts info ?
If you have not added your payment info during signup, you can login and add it inside 'PROFILE' page, however, for Payza accounts if you have already added it before and you wish to change it now please contact us here, choose "Profile Change" in the subject, write down what you would like to change and why. Also, please make sure to include your "Support PIN" for security identification, and that you provide account info which you have already made a deposit from as we aren't able to change this accounts (Payza) to ones that you haven't made a deposit from before.
- Where can I change my Password or Withdraw code ?
You need to log into your secure account area and click on 'PROFILE', there you can change your password and withdraw code.
- What if I forgot my account password ?
In that case you must reset your password, by entering your username or e-mail address into our secure "Forgot Password" Page. You will receive an e-mail to confirm this action and identify yourself before we proceed with resetting your password.
- How can I change my E-mail address ?
You can log into your account, and change it inside the 'PROFILE' page.
- Do you have an affiliate (referrals) program ?

- Can I promote your program using any kind of spam method ?
NO! We will not tolerate any type of SPAM or solicitation (UCE, forum spam, PM spam, IM spam, etc.). If you are caught spamming, your account with us will be terminated.
